Shebesh Message To Raila Odinga After Losing Terribly To Passaris, Alfred Mutua Offers Wavinya Ndeti A Job

Nairobi Woman Representative Rachel Shebesh conceded defeat to ODM candidate Esther Passaris in the hotly contested Woman Representative seat.

Shebesh accepted defeat and wished Passaris all the best as she takes over from her.

“I am making this announcement because for the last two weeks my campaigns have been about peace,” Shebesh said.

In the same breath, Shebesh advised NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga to accept defeat and move on, saying President Uhuru Kenyatta beat him fair and square.

I am calling on Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka to accept defeat by Uhuru/Ruto and move on. They should know that the win for the President and his Deputy was not disputed when people were voting,” Shebesh said.

She also congratulated IEBC for conducting free, fair and credible elections.

In Machakos County, Governor Alfred Mutua offered his opponent in the just concluded elections Wavinya Ndeti a job in his government – if she is interested.

Speaking after being handed the election certificate by the Machakos Returning Officer, Mutua also offered to negotiate with the National Government to give her a job after losing in the polls. “We will give Ndeti a job if she is interested.”

Ndeti has already rejected the results announced by IEBC which announced Mutua the Governor-elect.
