Raila Odinga Rejects The 11 Jubilee Nominated Members

CORD Principal Raila Odinga has sensationally rejected the proposal by President Uhuru Kenyatta to form a Joint Select Committee of Parliament to spearhead dialogue on the IEBC reforms.

CORD’s move has thrown Uhuru and his party into jeopardy just hours after Jubilee nominated eleven members to the team to take part in the dialogue process.

According to CORD leader Raila Odinga the presidents release does not cater for opposition’s demand for an out-of-Parliament dialogue process

this comes hours after Jubilee party had nominated 11 members to represent the coalition in the Joint Select Committee formed to unlock the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) stalemate.
