The National Super Alliance (NASA) has resolved to have its members attend tomorrow’s swearing in ceremony both in the National Assembly and the Senate.
This comes despite earlier reports that legislators allied to the coalition would snub the event until President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election is overturned by the Supreme Court

Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho, is set to host President Uhuru Kenyatta beginning this Friday.
Uhuru, who will be attending the Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) Mombasa Show, will be in the Coastal City for six days and will be accompanied by Governor Joho although.

2017 elected legislators of the twelfth Parliament are set to take oath on Thursday to commence their five year-term in the National Assembly and Senate.
Once they are sworn in, legislators in both the National Assembly and Senate will vote to elect their Speaker, Deputy Speaker and other House leadership positions.
