When news broke that Diamond Platnumz had bought a Kes 654 Million six-seat Italian made helicopter for his recent tour which saw him perform in D.C and Rwanda, most of us were shocked.

We have all came to terms that Tanzanian’s singing  Diamond Platinumz is a silk-stocking doubt about that.

The colossal amount wasn’t in any way shocking to many, considering that Diamond is the most sought after and highly paid artiste in Tanzania.

Money is good, if not be lazy enough to taste the poverty feeling

Rumors concerning the chopper started when the singer was seen showing off the chopper on social media; he posed in front of the chopper with his manager Sallam Sharaff aka Mendez.

The truth is that Diamond didn’t buy the chopper; the ‘Number one’ hit maker and his crew arrived in Rwanda from Goma, Eastern D.R Congo on a Land Cruiser SUV.

The award-winning musician was then airlifted from Rwanda/D.R Congo border in the AgustaWestland A109S helicopter which is owned by Akagera Aviation – a Rwandan based aviation company headquartered in Kigali that provides helicopter services within Rwanda and neighbors in the East Africa community.
