Police in Nairobi have arrested three individuals in connection with the death of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) ICT manager, Christopher Musando.
A waiter of the club has already been arrested and he has told police that that the man left earlier but Msando and Ngumbu left at around 1am.

The detectives have also arrested two other men who will be paraded to the public on Thursday
A postmortem conducted on the body of IEBC ICT Manager Chris Msando has revealed that he was strangled to death.
According to the Government pathologist, the strangulation was “most likely by the use of bare hands”.
His back had deep scratches, indicating the body was either dragged on a rough surface or scratched. His right hand had deep cuts giving an indication of severe torture using a very sharp object.
The autopsy was witnessed by detectives investigating the case as well as family representatives.
An autopsy done on Ngumbu, the 21 year old Kenya Medical Training College Karen campus student, revealed that she was also strangled with a rope.
Witnesses who discovered the bodies said her clothes were missing except for her underwear.
